I’ve been trying to cut down on what I eat on a daily basis and I find it to be a difficult struggle day to day. I’ve tried all sorts of fad diets like ketosis. That was probably the worst experience for me when I comes to weight loss. Eating nothing but meat and eggs. Not being able to have any carbs was just awful. I did lose weight during that diet but I just put it right back afterwards, and I always felt hungry. It didn’t matter how much food I ate I was always starving for more food.
I assumed a lot of the weight I was losing was mostly because my calories were low and not because of being in ketosis that whole time, not to mention I would put salsa on my eggs which has carbs, but I wasn’t sure if it was pushing me out of ketosis. Something I guess I’ll never truly know.
I was eventually informed about the burn the muscle feed the fat pdf, which I have to say has changed my life and changed the way I now “diet”. I say this because I no longer diet, that’s a thing of the past for me. Tom Venuto has really shown me a way to improve my life so that I don’t have to “diet” I can still eat my favorite foods and live the way I want to.
I’m really grateful for my friend showing me this book. I recommend everyone whos struggling to lose weight or just doesn’t know what to do in the gym (you know who you are). Go check out the burn the fat feed the muscle pdf by tom venuto. You won’t regret it, I know I don’t.
